BI provides services and products to you subject to the following terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers as amended from time to time at the discretion of BI.
By accessing, browsing or utilising any or all of the services and products within the BI website, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained herein. If you do not agree with the stated terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers, BI advises that you do not use the website for any information or purchasing.
BI reserves the right to amend, change or omit the site within the World Wide Web at our discretion. Additionally we reserve the right to institute changes or amendments (effective immediately) to any or all of the Terms contained in this document and to which, by your utilisation of the network, you will be bound.
Prices of products and services displayed on this website are deemed to be current. However prices vary on occasion and products may be subject to availability.
An order placed by you is an offer to purchase a particular product at the price and delivery charges specified on this website. BI reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason. Prices and products and delivery charges, and product and service availability are current at the time of issue but are subject to change at any time without notification. To efficiently process your order you must submit your name, a valid email address, mailing address, and telephone contact details. You must provide accurate personal details and information and must not transmit any material of any kind which contains a virus, malicious computer code transmitted on or though the website or other harmful component. Your contract with BI is operable when BI advises that your order has been accepted and receipt of your payment is confirmed.
BI accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Pay Pal payments online.

Please note that your credit card is not automatically charged once you confirm your order.
BI reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion and at any time without notice. All restrictions, licences granted by you and all disclaimers and limitations of liability by BI set out in the Terms will survive termination.
Unauthorised use of a credit card, use of an invalid card and the provision of a false name and personal details will be considered fraudulent. All fraudulent activity will be subject to prosecution by the fullest extent of the law.
BI at times relies on its suppliers for stock availability and hence products that are not in stock at the time of your order may be subject to additional freight costs if you wish us to send out the remainder of your order.
BI endeavours to fulfil its commitment to the stated delivery schedule but cannot guarantee to meet scheduled delivery times on all occasions. Delivery times are indicative only and BI does not accept any liability for failure to meet scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.
BI will afford a reasonable opportunity to its customers to examine goods for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not they conform with the purchase order. A period of 5 days from the date of delivery to alert BI to non-conformity is given in the following situations:
- Shipment of wrong/damaged products
- Short shipment of products from a consignment
- Missing cartons from multiple carton consignments

When placing an order with BI we require a physical street address or PO Box number. Please note that a signatory usually needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods. If there is no one present, then the goods may be redirected back to BI and will be sent back to you at your cost upon notification, unless instructions are received to the contrary.
Because we are dealing in food products, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
However if the goods have been damaged in transit or in the very unlikely circumstances they are not fit for consumption we will make a full refund.
Please contact us on 1300 72 00 37 to organise return of the goods.
Goods which are unfit for consumption can be returned for a full refund or exchange, if received back at the address below within 7 days, with the original packaging, labelling and BI receipt. Please notify both the carriers and us at once if any goods appear to have been damaged in transit and please retain all packaging.

BI accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to BI. BI will test/evaluate all products returned. Some products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. BI will contact you to advise of the status of the returned product.
Unless stated otherwise under this Returns Policy, BI reserves the right to refuse any returns that:
- Are incomplete or missing parts
- Are not returned in their original packaging
- The customers has simply changed their mind on the purchase
- Show signs of physical damage to the product or its packaging
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Our Policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Trades Practices Act or the Fair Trading Act.
All products, unless noted otherwise, are sold with a full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty periods vary by manufacturer and product, and conditions may apply.
You must contact BI within seven days of first noticing the problem for which you are claiming warranty, and at least 14 days before the expiration of the warranty period specified by the manufacturer otherwise we may not be able to authorise a return.
You will need to specify that the goods are being returned under the manufacturer’s warranty. You will need to arrange for return delivery of the product to the address listed in the Return Policy. BI will not pay, nor reimburse any costs associated with a customer-organised shipment under a manufacturer’s warranty.
The product must be received by our warehouse at least 7 days prior to expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty period so as to allow sufficient time for the product to be returned to the manufacturer before the expiration of the warranty period. Upon receipt of the product, BI will return the product to the manufacturer or its authorised service Centre or agent for repair/ or replacement.
The product will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Should the manufacturer determine that the fault is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, then we will advise you of the quoted repair costs and ask if you wish to proceed with the repair. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, the manufacturer may charge you an inspection fee. Once the product is returned to BI by the manufacturer or its authorised service centre or agent, we will arrange return delivery of the product to you at our cost.
For products where the manufacturer has determined that the fault is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we require payment of the manufacturer's service charges and any costs associated with processing of the return prior to returning the product to you.
BI will, under instruction from its vendors, discontinue some products from time to time. Your right to return these discontinued products may be limited.
Risk of Damage and Loss
All risk of damage or loss is transferred to you upon dispatch of the goods/items to the advised delivery address. BI undertakes to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but is not responsible for any damage or loss of your purchase in transit, nor does BI insure against loss or damage of your purchase in transit, solely relying on the carriers own standard insurance policy, unless insurance is specifically requested by you at the time of placing your order.

However, due to the complex range of shipping options/costs that are possible – we may require to revise the cost if your address is really remote. We will advise you if this is the case.
Delivery to street addresses is usually via Fastway Couriers, Direct Freight or Australia Post.
IMPORTANT: If you are not in to receive your order please ensure that special delivery arrangements are noted. Courier companies charge an additional fee if a second delivery is required.
