However, due to the complex range of shipping options/costs that are possible – we may require to revise the cost if your address is really remote or our preferred courrierrs do not deliver to your address. We will advise you if this is the case.

Delivery to street addresses is usually via Couriers, or Australia Post.

IMPORTANT:  If you are not in to receive your order please ensure that special delivery arrangements are noted.  Courier companies charge an additional fee if a second delivery is required.

Please call us if you wish to have your order mailed to a Post Box (max 20kg)

Free Shipping Clause:

Free shipping is provided for orders within Australia; however, this offer is subject to certain conditions. The free shipping option has a weight limit of 20kg per order. If an order exceeds this weight limit, Basicingredients reserves the right to revise the shipping costs. In the event that the shipping costs exceed 20% of the total order value, Basicingredients retains the right to terminate the sale.

You can now pickup your order from our warehouse at Browns Plains please call us up if you want something urgently to make sure we have stock.

Otherwise we will call you up to let you know the order is ready for pickup and we can arrange a time according to your convenience.
