Whilst the Sourdough Style Bread Mix is not the real McCoy, it certainly is a little easier to make being a ready mix!

Crusty sourdough style bread mix is designed to take the complication out of producing a full flavoured sourdough bread.

This versatile mix provides a thick crunchy crust and typical sourdough flavour for exceptional continental breads.

This bread has a nice tangy bite and a beautiful crispy crust, especially when baked in a hot oven in a tin, or as buns, rolls or boules.

Just add yeast and water to the mix to produce a beautiful Sourdough Style Bread.

For even better results create steam in your oven!  Bread baked in an oven can be enhanced by creating steam in the oven, the steam will help “seal in” the crust, to become more crispy.

ps. Not suitable to feed a sourdough starter.
