Silicone Baking Mat vs Parchment Paper

While parchment paper (baking paper) has many benefits, many home bakers choose to use a silicone baking mat instead. It is true that parchment paper has the advantage of being cut to different sizes, but silicone baking mats have a lot of other advantages.
