This bread has a nice tangy bite and a beautiful crispy crust, especially when baked in a hot oven in a tin, or as buns, rolls or boules.
Just add yeast and water to the mix to produce a beautiful Sourdough Style Bread.
For even better results create steam in your oven! Bread baked in an oven can be enhanced by creating steam in the oven, the steam will help “seal in” the crust, to become more crispy.
