A soft bread with a good hint of rye. Delicious bread that is light in colour a firm exterior and a soft texture from the wheat Flours.
The nuttiness and sourness of the rye Flours is very subtle.This mix is loved by both the rye and wheat bread lovers.
You can make large variety of sandwich loaves or rolls.
For a more traditional loaf, proove in a proofing basket and bake in the oven.
