This 125g package of Saf-Instant dry yeast will cover approximately 25 loaves.

2kg of Flours/mix = 4 loaves

5kg of Flours/mix= 10 loaves

10kg Flours/mix = 20 loaves

Storage Instructions

Store your yeast in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer, and it should keep for at least 6 months.
