Care and Maintenance of your Bake ware
DO NOT ‘burn in’ tins as this process will damage the coating, reducing and in some cases destroying the release properties.
To get maximum performance from your bakeware wipe over with a damp cloth after use and store in a dry area. DO NOT immerse in water, scour or use sharp implements as this will permanently damage the surface.
They must be oiled generously prior to each use. Can use canola or spray oil.
