Grands Moulins de Paris French Imported Flour
Imported French flour from Grands Moulins de Paris will give your homemade bakes a touch of “je ne sais quoi”. We offer a choice of T45, T55 and T65 French flours. The higher the number, the more of the whole grain it contains.
We recommend the T45 flour for making quality croissants and brioches. For traditional French baguettes or breads with a lighter colour, we suggest you use T55 flour. Or if you would like to bake artisan bread or rustic baguettes with a relatively darker colour, try the T65 flour.
As we currently do not have any of the French Flours we have the suitable German Flours with the same characteristics.
