Cake Margarine / Unsalted Butter 0.370
2 Water (variable) 0.125
3 BI Gingerbread Mix 1.000

Method:
1. Cream group 1 ingredients on low speed for approximately 1 minute or until mixed.
2. Add Group 2 water to Group 1 and Mix.
3. Add BI Gingerbread Mix on low speed.
4. Mix for approximately 1 – 2 minutes until well blended.
5. Do not overmix.
6. Roll out and cut as required.
7. Baking temperature 180°C.
