Basic Ingredients Gingerbread Mix 1kg

Our Gingerbread Mix is a base mix for baking gingerbread biscuits, gingerbread men and gingerbread houses. The baked product has a rich spicy gingerbread flavour, a crisp texture and a long shelf life. With an easy to follow recipe you will get more time to enjoy with your loved ones this Christmas.

Method:
1. Cream group 1 ingredients on low speed for approximately 1 minute or until mixed.
2. Add Group 2 water to Group 1 and Mix.
3. Add BI Gingerbread Mix on low speed.
4. Mix for approximately 1 – 2 minutes until well blended.
5. Do not overmix.
6. Roll out and cut as required.
7. Baking temperature 180°C.
